Topic: The Future of Work: How Artificial Intelligence is Transforming HRSpeaker:

Please join the DC Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources for its next Executive Speaker Series/General Body Meeting.  Tony Torain  will be our Executive Speaker.  Tony is an attorney at the law firm of Littler Mendelson, PC and a former General Counsel to the Baltimore Chapter of NAAAHR.  Littler Mendelson is the largest global employment and labor law practice, with more than 1,500 attorneys in 80 offices worldwide. Littler represents management in all aspects of employment and labor law. Consistently recognized in the industry as a leading and innovative law practice, Littler has been litigating, mediating and negotiating some of the most influential employment law cases and labor contracts on record for over 75 years.  

The workplace will change more in the next five years than it has in the last 50 years.  Artificial intelligence (AI) will change, no is changing the way managers do their job from recruiting, onboarding, performance appraisal, compensation and promotion.  Tony will speak about how AI has impacted the workplace and what the future holds.
